PolarJock® is targeted thermal protection below the belt for men who train and work in cold conditions: athletes, outdoor professionals & industrial teams.

The idea is simple: put the protection where it's needed without adding unnecessary bulk or insulation anywhere else—helping to maintain mobility and avoid overheating from layers you don't need.

PolarJock is engineered to address a gap in below-the-belt warmth, comfort and protection by combining a Polartec® fleece-lined pouch for insulation with a wind-resistant outer layer.

It can be worn as a single base layer or added to an existing layering system for precision protection based on conditions.

Born in the Cold of
Northern Wisconsin

The idea for PolarJock® began at ski races in Northern Wisconsin.

It came from a problem that kept showing up throughout the cross-country ski season: traditional cold-weather layering didn't always provide enough protection where men needed it most, especially on the coldest days.

The problem was straightforward. Some days, wind briefs aren't enough.

And the solution wasn't just more layers. It was targeted cold and wind protection where it was needed.

We built PolarJock® to address this gap in cold protection.

In the early days, we sold PolarJocks out of the back of our car at smaller ski races, getting feedback directly from skiers.

By 2010, PolarJock was being worn on the trails and at the American Birkebeiner ski race.

A lot has changed since then. The problem we're solving hasn't.

Every Kind of Cold

Today, our customers include cross-country skiers, winter runners, cyclists and other endurance athletes, along with farmers, ranchers, construction workers, outdoor professionals and men who move in and out of cold environments throughout the workday.

We now serve customers across all 50 U.S. states and Canada.

PolarJock® is made in the USA, and we're continuing to build relationships with athletes, outdoor professionals, retailers, teams, companies and organizations serving people who train and work in cold conditions.
