3. For Returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping using whatever method you prefer.

Easy Exchanges

If you would rather exchange your purchase for another size or a gift card:
Return your order within 60 days and we will send you a replacement, no questions asked.

3. For Exchanges: Customer is responsible for return shipping using whatever method you prefer,
then PolarJock™ pays the cost of shipping you the replacement product.

Q: What if I already used my PolarJock™ can I still return it?
A:
Yes, absolutely, we want you to try after you buy. Our return policy is based on your 100% satisfaction
guaranteed, no questions asked.


Q: Can I still return items if I lost my receipt/invoice? Does my email confirmation count as an invoice?
A:
No problem. Yes, your email confirmation or Order History details can serve as your invoice.


Q: When will I receive my refund?
A:
If you’re shipping an online order back to us, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your items and
issue a refund. Your refund should be available in your account 5-7 business days after we issue it.


Q: Is there a time limit on returns?
A:
For a full refund, simply return your item within 60 days of purchase.


Q: Can I exchange my order for a gift card?
A:
Yes, let us know if you’d like a Gift Card instead of a full refund. We’re happy to do either, whichever
you prefer.
